Dress of the Week

This dress is magic.  The shoulder bow detail, the fitted bodice with the drop mermaid skirt, the train, the ruffles = perfection.

In truth, all of Kirstie Kelly‘s 2013 designs are dreamy, but this dress, with its huge ruffled train, really had me at hello.
