These shoes are just so lovely … really, the whole bohemian Botticelli-esque wedding shoot is lovely … but the shoes = so unique. So far, these Free People heels are as close a match as I can find to the lovely nude and black strappy heel seen on this bride. Any thoughts on where these beautiful shoes could be from?

My Rockstar Wedding Re-Do

While working (playing on blogs), I stumbled across Erin (of Apartment 34)’s post about a really cool Wedding Board Contest on Pinterest put together by The Lab. {Here for more details on how to enter.*} So, you know, purely for research, I decided to put together my own little board of wedding inspiration. And though I’ve already been married, and truly had the wedding of my dreams, I dream a lot, and likely have at least ten different “dream weddings.” So for round two, unbeknownst to my husband (who I promise, I’ll marry again and again), I planned out a rockstar-vibed wedding. I blame the suburbs and 90s rock for all of my angst.

Inspiration: Peach, Silver + Grey

The more I sift through wedding after wedding, and gorgeous image after gorgeous image, the more I find myself falling in love with the color peach in wedding and party design. These images with peach complemented by grey and silver warms up the usually bright color, and I love the feel. And really, every party deserves silver streamers!
