Table Setting (A Stylish Diagram)

Really, I’m in love with all of the work by Amy Borrell.  Her illustrations are unbelievably detailed and all feature a soft pastel palette (as you can probably tell from the blog’s design, I’m a sucker for pastels and watercolors).   But what caught my eye almost instantly was this darling “How To Set A Table” series, and in particular, the chic step-by-step guide to a perfectly set table top.  Swoon.

Inspired by Collections of Color

I’ve always been a fiend for color (though you wouldn’t know it from my black/white/gray/sequined wardrobe) and in the months leading up to my big day, choosing the colors was one of the toughest choice for me. When it finally came down to it, I chose them all.  With bursts of color everywhere, I was a much happier camper.  {You can read about my centerpieces here.}

These images have me grinning from ear to ear – all of the colors are bright, but not too bright, and all feel inspired by nature.
