I am officially in the Halloween spirit and these cool grey studded heels with black floral corsages at the heels are the perfect inspiration this October. And, get this — all of the crystals were hand-glued on by the bride’s sister! You like?
I am a klutz with a knife. I actually think I may be on an official knife ban in my own kitchen. It’s that bad. So the idea of “carving” a pumpkin sounds downright lethal. Which is why I am in love with all of the spray-painted versions of the Halloween pumpkin this Fall season.
To start, I am loving these four ways to decorate pumpkins, including spraying a pumpkin with white paint and filling it with flowers and painting gold foil onto a pumpkin.

Wedding cakes are beautiful, and also really expensive. And let’s face it, gorgeous or not, the most important factors fall somewhere between cake and frosting. In the end, we went for a white frosted hand-piped cake with fresh flowers covering the top of the cake: simple and pretty … and most importantly, yummy.
These adorable DIY cake decorations are meant to spruce up even the simplest of cakes (and side note: store bought birthday/wedding cake may be one of the most delicious inventions of all time. I kid you not.)
